Flora Psychedelica

Born into a family of talented gardener’s, I possess a notorious brown thumb.

However, my love for flowers prevails as I’m compelled first to build on the colors, detail, texture and patterns I find in nature and then to depict my discoveries as a new vision.

My Flora Psychedelica collection combines nature, technology and my artistic eye to create a fantasy garden of artwork.

Each piece is derived from freshly grown plants and flowers, which I scan directly into the compute and digitally manipulate into a fantastical, floral-themed, abstract design.

The nature of flatbed scanners' global light and depth capturing renders amazing details and vibrant colors. Although I tend to intensify {saturate} hues slightly, each design is made of the subject's natural colors.
